Orange Star Wars promotional box

Design agency Fold7 commisioned PEP to create a prototype for a limited edition promotional box containing a unique Star Wars mobile phone and accesories. Fold7 created marker visuals of the box design, from which PEP designed several 3D working models. The working prototypes were visualised in 3D software, before being profiled on our precision CNC machine and spray painted in a high gloss finish.

We also created a small run of gold plated labels and foam inserts for the 20 gold boxes that were made as a momento for the marketing team at Orange. The prototypes were used to create tooling for the final run of 50,000 boxes for the pan-European promotion with Orange and France Telecom.

Kickers POS and invite teaser

Kickers approached PEP to create a promotional teaser and a range of POS for its new premium mens footwear and clothing range - Triplestitch. The brand identity had a rustic handmade artesan finish, so we used traditional materials and processes of carved hardwoods and cast metal blocks. We then mimicked the hardwood using HDU foam to create a more cost effective solution to roll out across the retail concessions.

The job included large wooden rough cut letters for the launch event, wall montages of the letters and blocks, bronze engraved blocks with antiqued lettering, cast metal ink blocks and free standing POS.
